19th April 2024: We are all finally ready and even the sun looks like it might shine for us over the weekend?

We have now released all the group fixtures for tomorrow and Sunday and we hope everyone is able to join us as scheduled? If not please send us an email to felinfachfootballfestival@gmail.com as soon as you can so that we can adjust our fixtures accordingly.

With that in mind please check back on our website from time to time just to ensure we have had no late withdrawals causing us to reschedule the fixtures in the affected categories.

Any questions please come back to us or come and see us at Match Control from 8am tomorrow and Sunday.

A reminder also to ensure you inform us when you arrive and also register all of your players using the details you used when you originally registered your team. If not you can complete a Player Registration form available at Match Control.

6th April 2024: The following email was sent out to all team contacts who have registered for our Junior Festival:

With just two weeks to go before our Junior Festival on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st April can we take this opportunity to thank all of you who have entered and paid your registration fees and also ask that any outstanding amounts can be settled as soon as possible.
 
Note: Teams currently on our standby list do not need to make any payments unless we can find you a space by another team withdrawing before the Festival.

We have received record entries of teams this year and also an unprecedented number of teams waiting on our standby list which we acknowledge is going to be disappointing for some. We will be reviewing the situation again before next years Festival to see how we can try and accommodate more teams in the future.
 
Please be aware we will soon be closing entries for this years Festival so if for any reason your team cannot now take part in our Festival can you please let us know by 5pm this Wednesday 10th April to allow us to invite a team from our standby lists in your place.
 
We will then prepare and release all of the groups and fixtures for each age category in the days leading up to the Festival so please check back on our website https://felinfach.torneopal.com/  for more details of those and also familiarise yourself with the rules for your team(s) age category here: https://felinfach.torneopal.com/taso/saannot.php
 
We will also require ALL teams to register their players before they play their first game and we encourage you to do that via your Torneopal account you created when you originally registered your team(s) here: https://felinfach.torneopal.com/taso/login.php. You will also need to include their dates of birth.

7th February 2024: Following a Festival Organisers meeting last night we have taken the decision to increase the maximum squad sizes for our Under 13's, Under 14's and Under 16's competitions from 7 to 8. We have updated our players registrations portal as required.

Team registration fees remain the same as originally advertised.

1st February 2024: We are now accepting registrations via our online portal for our 2024 Junior Football Festival on the 20th & 21st April.

This is our thirteenth Junior Festival and once again we hope around 100 teams and 650 players will take part in what is now one of the most popular junior football festivals in the South West Wales area.

Age categories and schedules for 2024 to take place are provisionally set as follows:

Saturday 20th April 2024 –10am start

Under 6’s, will be 4 a side (max squad of 6) 4 years old & School Year 1

Under 10’s, 7 a side (max squad of 10) School Years 4 & 5

Under 13’s, 5 a side (max squad of 8) School Years 7 & 8

Under 14’s, 5 a side (max squad of 8) School Years 8 & 9

Girls under 14's, 6 a side (max squad of 8)

Sunday 21st April 2024 - 10am start

Under 8’s, 5 a side (max squad of 7) School Years 2 & 3

Under 11’s, 6 a side (max squad of 8) School Years 5 & 6

Under 12’s, 6 a side (max squad of 8) School Year 7 only

Under 16’s, 5 a side (max squad of 8) School Years 10 & 11

Please note that under 6’s, 8’s, 10’s and 11’s remain NON-COMPETITIVE  as per current FAW rules and entries are strictly for club teams only, not academies or select teams.

Leading up to the Festival we will be using the system to generate and publish fixtures in advance for each of our 9 age categories, alerting clubs via email or text of their forecast fixtures and then providing up to date tables after every match for each of our 5 competitive competitions.

Please note that this is liable to change right up to 10am on the day of the Festival so please check back regularly to make sure you haven't missed any alterations to your previously scheduled fixtures.

Anyone that has a PC, smartphone or tablet can then easily check on the progress of their team throughout the weekend.
